The extraordinary flooding events continue this week in NSW and Queensland, with towns like Lismore hit by catastrophic flooding twice within a month. These communities had only just begun recovering from the initial deluge, and this week devastating floods returned. A massive clean-up remains and a long, hard road to recovery lies ahead.

Thank you to all visitors and stallholders for your generous contributions on Sunday 27 March 2022, where all market proceeds will be donated to flood relief. The funds collected by Rotary Club of Balwyn and associated club volunteers will be combined with other funding into a 2022 Flood Relief Fund that will be announced in the coming weeks. We are working with other community partners in seeking matching funds to enhance the impact of your donations.
